Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy: We ship goods directly from our warehouse to our customers. Most products are shipped within one week of receiving the order. Please note that some items may take longer to ship, and we will notify you if this is the case. Please let us know if you have not received your product(s) in a reasonable amount of time.

Refund Policy: You may return the product within 30 days for a refund, excluding digital products, which are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original shrink wrap and packaging. After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit. Return shipping is either paid by the customer, or we will reduce the refund/return amount.

Return Policy: Items can be returned in original shrink wrap and packages, excluding digital products, within 180 days of purchase for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, the item must be in its original condition. If there is a defect or problem with the item, we will repair, replace, or cover it based on our discretion of the issue.
